Pork chops with bacon-wrapped onions
Ingredients
- Bacon-wrapped onions and dip
- 1 onions, cut into eight rings approx. 5 mm thick, rest finely chopped
- 8 slices fried bacon
- 30 g dried tomatoes in oil, drained, finely chopped
- 150 g cream quark
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 0.5 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
- a little pepper
- 0.25 tsp salt
- Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue:
- 4 pork chop (approx. 200 g each)
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Bacon-wrapped onions and dip
Wrap the bacon around the onion rings. Combine the chopped onions, quark and all the ingredients up to and including rosemary, season. -
Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue:
Grill the onion rings over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C), for approx. 6 mins. all over. Salt the chops and grill with the onion rings for approx. 5 mins. on each side. -
