  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 pork steaks (loin, approx. 160 g each)
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • 1 avocado, crushed
  • 80 g strongly-flavoured Gruyère, coarsely grated
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • a little pepper
  • 1 puff pastry, rolled into a rectangle (ca. 25 × 42 cm)


  • Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the pork steaks for 1 minute on each side, salt.
  • Mix avocado, cheese and lemon juice, season. Unroll the dough, slice it into 4 lengthwise strips and place a pork steak in the middle of each strip. Divide the avocado mixture between the steaks, then fold in the edges of each dough rectangle and place it on an oven tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake approx. 250 min. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 200°C.
