- 1 kg pork shoulder
- 2 dl white wine
- 2 dl water
- 4 juniper berries
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Place the sauerkraut in a wide pan, sit the pork shoulder on top. Pour in the wine and water, add the juniper berries, cover and cook over a medium heat for approx. 2 hrs., season.
