Ingredients

  • 500 g raw sauerkraut
  • 1 kg pork shoulder
  • 2 dl white wine
  • 2 dl water
  • 4 juniper berries
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the sauerkraut in a wide pan, sit the pork shoulder on top. Pour in the wine and water, add the juniper berries, cover and cook over a medium heat for approx. 2 hrs., season.
