Ingredients

  • 80 g raw ham
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • a little pepper
  • 20 g manchego cheese, cut off with a peeler
  • 2 tbsp. flat-leaf parsley, chopped or broken into pieces

Instructions

  • Arrange the ham on 2 plates. Combine the olive oil, lime juice and honey, drizzle over the ham and season. Scatter the parsley on top and place the Manchego cheese over the meat.
