  • 4 raw pork bratwurst
  • 600 g new potatoes
  • 500 g fennel
  • 1 tbsp. rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp. mild curry powder
  • a little cayenne pepper
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 1.5 tsp. salt


  • Slice the sausage, halve the potatoes and cut the fennel into segments.
  • Season the sausage and vegetables with oil, curry powder, cayenne pepper and salt and spread them on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Bake for approx. 30 min. in the middle of an oven preheated to 220°C. Coarsely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the top.
