Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • 500 g potatoes waxy, cut into approx. 5 mm slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • Cottage cheese salad
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 0.5 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • a little pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Potatoes

    Mix the potato slices with the oil, salt and pepper, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • To bake

    Approx. 20 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 200°C.
  • Cottage cheese salad

    Mix the cottage cheese with the herbs, mix in the vinegar, season. Serve the salad on top of the potato slices.
