Ingredients

  • Grilled Avocado
  • 1 avocado, halbiert, Stein entfernt
  • Grilled Shrimp
  • 300 g organic peeled raw prawns, cut in half lengthways
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • Topping
  • 4 baguettes (je ca. 100 g)
  • 1 spring onions, including green parts, cut into rings
  • 2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp. dried fried onions

Instructions

  • Grilled Avocado

    Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Grill the avocado in its skin over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins., cut side down. Allow the avocado to cool, peel and cut into slices.
  • Grilled Shrimp

    Grill the prawns over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 4 mins. on each side, season.
  • Topping

    Cut open the baguettes lengthwise but do not slice all the way through. Fill the baguettes with the sweet chilli sauce and sliced avocado. Add the prawns and spring onions, top with the fried onions.
