Ingredients

  • Chilli oil
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 organic lemon, use grated zest only
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 200 g red lentils
  • water, boiling
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Chilli oil

    Mix the oil and remaining ingredients up to and including salt, set aside.
  • Boil the lentils in water for approx. 5 mins., drain. Heat the oil in the same pan, sauté the onion, add the lentils and continue to sauté for approx. 3 mins., add the vinegar, salt to taste and divide onto plates.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, salt the prawns and fry in batches for approx. 3 mins. Arrange the prawns on top of the lentils, drizzle with chilli oil.
