Ingredients

  • 30 pumpernickel bread, rund (ca. 250 g)
  • 1 bag cream cheese with horseradish (ca. 250 g, z.B CoopNaturaplan oder Cantadou)
  • 80 g smoked sturgeon fillets vom Tropenhaus (oder geräucherte Forellenfilets)
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 2 tbsp. dried fried onions
  • 20 g white sturgeon caviar vom Tropenhaus

Instructions

  • Spread the cream cheese on the pumpernickel. Tear apart the sturgeon fillets and place on top of the pumpernickel. Scatter the fried onions on top, garnish with caviar and dill.
