Ingredients

  • 30 pumpernickel, round (approx. 250 g)
  • 1 parcel cream cheese with horseradish (approx. 250 g, e.g. CoopNaturaplan or Cantadou)
  • 80 g smoked sturgeon fillets from the Tropenhaus (or smoked trout fillets)
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 2 tbsp dried fried onions
  • 20 g white sturgeon caviar from the Tropenhaus

Instructions

  • Spread the cream cheese on the pumpernickel. Break apart the sturgeon fillets and arrange on top of the pumpernickel. Scatter the fried onions over the top, garnish with caviar and dill.
