  • Chicory
  • a little oil
  • 1 spring onions, cut into thin rings
  • 200 g red chicory (e.g. Trevisano), halved lengthwise, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Tarte flambée pieces
  • 1 tarte flambée dough, rolled into a rectangle
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • Mini raclette tarte flambées
  • 200 g raclette cheese, finely grated
  • 80 g diced bacon
  • a little pepper

  • Chicory

    Heat the oil in a frying pan, briefly sauté the onion. Stir fry the chicory for approx. 4 mins. Stir in the honey.
  • Tarte flambée pieces

    Divide the tarte flambée dough into 18 rectangles, spread 1/2 tbsp of crème fraîche on each. Grill in batches on the raclette grill for approx. 9 mins. each.
  • Mini raclette tarte flambées

    Place the grilled tarte flambée pieces in the raclette pans. Top with the chicory, cheese and bacon, season. Melt under the raclette grill for approx. 7 mins. each.
