Ingredients

  • Sweet potatoes
  • 300 g sweet potato, very thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 0.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • Raclette
  • 800 g raclette cheese in slices (e.g. garlic raclette cheese)
  • 1 spring onions incl. green parts, cut into rings
  • 2 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Sweet potatoes

    Mix the potatoes with the cornflour, oil and salt, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.
  • Raclette

    Place the raclette cheese in the raclette pans, top with the sweet potatoes and onion, sprinkle with rosemary. Melt under a raclette oven grill for approx. 8 mins.
