Ingredients

  • Küchlein
  • 1 cake mix, rechteckig, ausgewallt
  • 150 g raclette cheese, grob gerieben
  • 1 potatoes, grob gerieben
  • 1 zucchini (ca. 120g), grob gerieben
  • 1 tbsp. white flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 dl full fat cream
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • a little nutmeg
  • a little pepper
  • Servieren
  • 0.5 Bund chives, fein geschnitten
  • 200 g sour single cream

  • Für ein Muffins-Blech mit 12 Vertiefungen von je 7 cm

Instructions

  • Küchlein

    Roll out the pastry to approx. 3 cm thick and cut into 12 squares (see tip). Place the pastry squares into the wells of the prepared tin, prick the bases. Grate the cheese, potatoes and courgette into a bowl, add the flour and all the other ingredients up to and including the nutmeg, mix well. Divide the mixture onto the pastry bases.
  • Backen

    Ca. 30 Min. in der unteren Hälfte des auf 220 Grad vorgeheizten Ofens.
  • Servieren

    Schnittlauch und saurer Halbrahm mischen. Zu den Küchlein servieren.
  • Tipp:

    Teig mit dem Backpapier mit einer Schere in Quadrate schneiden, mit dem Papier in die Förmchen legen.
