  • Radishes
  • 2 bunches radish, quartered
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • To bake
  • 4 slices bread (e.g. pagnol bread)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Crostini
  • 0.5 bunch dill, torn into pieces
  • 100 g cream cheese

  • Radishes

    Mix the radishes, oil, sugar and salt in a bowl, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • To bake

    Approx. 10 mins. in an oven preheated to 200°C (fan). Brush the slices of bread with oil, toast in the oven for the final 5 mins. Remove and allow to cool a little.
  • Crostini

    Spread the toast with cream cheese, top with the radish and dill, serve lukewarm.
  • Serve with:

    Green salad
