  • 80 g crème fraîche
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp pesto verde (green pesto)
  • Tarte flambée
  • 1 rolled tarte flambée dough (approx. 260 g)
  • 100 g red pepper, cut into strips approx. 1 cm wide
  • 1 tin corn kernels (approx. 140 g), rinsed, drained
  • 80 g carrots, coarsely grated
  • 1 baby lettuce, thinly sliced

  • Sauce

    Mix the crème fraîche and pesto, season with salt.
  • Tarte flambée

    Spread the sauce on top of the tarte flambée. Top with the pepper, carrot, sweetcorn and lettuce.
  • To bake

    Approx. 10 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240°C.
