Ingredients

  • Fruit filling
  • 80 g sponge fingers, broken into pieces
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Yoghurt mixture
  • 250 g protein yoghurt (e.g. YoQua nature)
  • 1 dl full cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • To decorate
  • 25 g dark chocolate (64% cocoa), finely shaved
  • Utensils
  • 4 glasses, each approx. 200 ml

Instructions

  • Fruit filling

    Divide the sponge fingers between the glasses. Combine half of the raspberries with the sugar and orange juice, crush gently with a fork, spread half of the mixture on top of the sponge fingers.
  • Yoghurt mixture

    Combine the yoghurt, cream and sugar, mix well, fill the glasses with alternate layers of the yoghurt mixture and remaining crushed raspberries. Top with the remainder of the raspberries.
  • To decorate

    Sprinkle the chocolate on top of the tiramisu.
  • Prepare:

    Prepare the tiramisu approx. half a day in advance, cover and keep in the fridge.
