Ingredients

  • Ice lollies
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 80 g raspberries
  • 240 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Toppings
  • 2 tsp coconut flakes
  • 30 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tsp raspberries, dried, roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • Utensils
  • 6 ice lolly moulds, each approx. 100 ml

Instructions

  • Ice lollies

    Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds, freeze for approx. 4 hrs.
  • Toppings

    Briefly dip the lollies in hot water to remove them from the moulds. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, drizzle over the ice lollies. Decorate with the coconut flakes, raspberries and pistachios.
  • Shelf life:

    These lollies will keep for approx. 3 months in the freezer.
