  • Fruit Topping
  • 80 g sponge fingers, cut into pieces
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • Cream
  • 250 g protein yogurt (z.B.YoQua nature)
  • 1 dl full fat cream
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • Decoration
  • 25 g dark chocolate (64% cocoa), in feinen Spänen
  • Utensils
  • Für 4 Gläser von je ca. 2 dl

  • Fruit Topping

    Place the sponge fingers in the glasses. Combine half of the raspberries with the sugar and orange juice, crush lightly with a fork, spread half of the mixture on top of the sponge fingers.
  • Cream

    Combine the yoghurt, cream and sugar, mix well, fill the glasses with alternate layers of the yoghurt and remaining crushed raspberries. Top with the remainder of the raspberries.
  • Decoration

    Sprinkle the chocolate on top of the tiramisu.
  • Vorbereiten:

    Tiramisu ca. 1/2 Tag im Voraus zubereiten, zugedeckt im Kühlschrank aufbewahren.
