  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 150 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. icing sugar

  • Prepare two mug cakes according to the packet instructions. Transfer the mascarpone, raspberries, vanilla sugar and icing sugar to a plastic bag. Seal the bag and crush with a rolling pin. Transfer the crème to two bowls, serve immediately with the mug cakes.
