  • Cabbage salad
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 organic orange, grate half of the zest, dice the flesh
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 300 g red cabbage, finely sliced
  • To garnish
  • 100 g smoked salmon, broken into pieces
  • 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped

  • Cabbage salad

    Combine the vinegar, oil and orange zest, season. Add the cabbage, mix well, cover and allow to infuse for approx. 10 mins.
  • To garnish

    Mix the diced orange, salmon and walnuts in with the salad before serving.
