  • 1 pizza dough, rolled into a circle
  • 1 red chicory, thinly sliced
  • 130 g grated Gruyère
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • a little salt and pepper to taste

  • Pizza

    Roll out the dough and place on a tray with the baking paper. Scatter over the cheese, top with the red chicory and pears, season.
  • Bake

    Approx. 20 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C.
  • Tip:

    Finish the cooked pizza with 1 tbsp of runny honey and ½ tsp of finely chopped rosemary.
