Ingredients

  • 4 dl water
  • 2 dl white wine
  • 3 tbsp bee balm syrup
  • 2 bags rose hip tea
  • 2 sticks lemongrass sticks, cut into pieces
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped out
  • Utensils
  • For 4 glasses, each approx. 200 ml

Instructions

  • Bring the water to the boil with all the ingredients up to and including the vanilla seeds, remove the pan from the hob, cover and leave to steep for approx. 15 mins. Pour through a sieve into the warmed glasses.
