  • 2 red pepper, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 4 dl red grape juice
  • 1 red chilli pepper, deseeded, roughly chopped
  • 2 pinches salt
  • Garnish
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 sticks celery, halved

  • Smoothie

    Puree the pepper with all the other ingredients up to and including the chilli pepper, season with salt, pour into glasses.
  • Garnish

    Drizzle with lemon juice, place half a stick of celery in each glass.
