Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 500 g smoked pork, cut into 2-cm cubes
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 300 g carrots, cut into 1-cm cubes
  • 200 g green lentils
  • 5 dl Water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. chives, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Heat the butter, sauté the garlic, add the pork, cover and simmer for approx. 10 mins Add the carrots, lentils and water, simmer for about another 30 mins., season. Scatter over the chives.
