  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 500 g smoked ribs, cut into approx. 2 cm cubes
  • 300 g carrots, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes
  • 200 g green lentils
  • 5 dl water
  • 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Heat the butter, sauté the garlic, add the pork, cover and simmer for approx. 10 mins Add the carrots, lentils and water, simmer for about another 30 mins., season. Scatter over the chives.
