  • 300 g carrots, diced
  • 450 g chicken strips
  • 375 g long grain rice with quinoa, rinsed in cold water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Sauce
  • 250 g half-fat quark
  • 3.5 dl full cream
  • 3 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 0.25 tsp mild curry powder
  • a little nutmeg
  • 400 g leaf spinach
  • Utensils
  • One ovenproof dish (approx. 3 l), greased

  • Gratin

    Salt the chicken. Mix the rice, chicken and carrots in the prepared dish.
  • Sauce

    Bring the cream, quark and stock to the boil in a pan, season, add the spinach, allow to wilt. Add the sauce to the dish, mix.
  • To bake

    Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
