  • Avocado cream
  • 2 avocado
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • To fill
  • 250 g roast beef sliced
  • 1 bunch radish, thinly sliced
  • 8 freshly baked sesame bagels, halved, toasted
  • 1 spring onions incl. green parts, thinly sliced
  • 25 g cress

Instructions

  • Avocado cream

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the stones, scoop out the flesh, mash with a fork. Stir in the crème fraîche and lemon juice, season.
  • To fill

    Fill the bagels with the avocado cream and all the remaining ingredients.
