Ingredients

  • 600 g waxy potatoes boiled in their skin, left over from previous day, coarsely grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g strong Gruyère, coarsely grated
  • a little pepper
  • 0.75 tsp. salt
  • 12 slices bacon strips
  • Utensils

Instructions

  • Muffins

    Mix together the potatoes, eggs and cheese, season. Arrange the potato mixture on the prepared oven tray.
  • Roll up the bacon and top the potato with the bacon rolls.
  • Bake

    approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove, allow to cool a little on a rack and remove from the tin.
