  • 600 g waxy potatoes, cooked in their skins, day-old, coarsely grated
  • 100 g carrots, coarsely grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • a little pepper
  • Vegetable Rösti raclette
  • 300 g Emmental, coarsely grated

Instructions

  • Rösti

    Mix the potatoes, carrots and peas in a bowl, season.
  • Vegetable Rösti raclette

    Place the vegetables in the raclette pans and grill under a raclette grill for approx. 5 mins. Top with cheese and allow to melt for approx. 5 mins.
