  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 8 plaice fillets (MSC) (approx. 60 g each)
  • a little pepper
  • 40 g cress, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 8 slices fried bacon
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil to fry

  • Place the fish fillets, shiny side up, on the work surface, season. Mix the cress with the chives, divide over the fish fillets, roll up. Wrap each roll in a slice of bacon and fix in place with 1 toothpick. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Reduce the heat. Fry the fish rolls all over for approx. 7 mins. over a medium heat.
