  • 6 dl water
  • 3 dl almond drink
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 0.5 tsp peppercorns, crushed
  • 20 g ginger, thinly sliced
  • 3 bags Rooibos tea, natural
  • 4 cardamom pods, crushed
  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Bring the water, almond milk and spices to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, add the tea bags, leave to steep for approx. 10 mins. Remove the tea bags, stir in the honey. Pour the tea through a sieve into glasses or cups.
  • Note:

    This tea can be enjoyed hot or cold.
