  • some ice cubes
  • 4 tbsp elderflower syrup
  • 4 dl rosé wine
  • 2 dl sparkling mineral water
  • 8 sprigs thyme
  • 1 figs, quartered
  • Utensils
  • 4 glasses, each approx. 200 ml

  • Cocktail

    Divide the ice cubes and syrup between the glasses, fill the glasses with the wine and mineral water. Garnish with the thyme and fig.
