  • 1 pomegranate, halved, half of the seeds removed, set aside, juice squeezed out of the remaining half
  • 200 g watermelon, entkernt, in Würfeln
  • some ice cubes
  • 2 dl sparkling mineral water
  • 4 dl rosé wine (e.g. Mateus Trasos Montes Rosé)
  • 4 sprigs Thai basil
  • Utensils
  • 4 glasses, each approx. 300 ml

  • Divide the pomegranate seeds and juice between the glasses. Add the melon and ice cubes, top up with the wine and water. Garnish the drinks with Thai basil. Serve immediately.
