Salad snack with salmon and avocado
Ingredients
- 250 g 1/2-fat quark
- 2 tbsp grated horseradish in a jar
- 1 smoked salmon (approx. 110 g), torn into pieces
- 8 leaves baby lettuce
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 50 g cress
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine the quark with the horseradish. Place the lettuce leaves next to each other. Spoon the horseradish and quark mixture on top. Add the salmon, diced avocado, cress and sesame seeds. Drizzle with a little olive oil, season.
