  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 100 g smoked salmon, cut into slices
  • 4 tbsp horseradish mousse
  • 1 handful cress
  • pepper to taste

    Immediately drizzle the avocado slices with lime juice. Lay out the slices of salmon, spread a little horseradish mousse on each slice, top with a slice of avocado and roll up the salmon pieces. Garnish with a little cress and season with pepper.
