  • 0.5 tbsp. oil
  • 400 g skinned salmon fillets, in ca. 2 cm dicken Streifen
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • Wrap
  • 4 wheat tortillas
  • 170 g guacamole
  • 100 g baby spinach

  • Salmon

    Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the salmon all over for approx. 4 mins., remove, season.
  • Wrap

    Prepare the tortillas according to the packet instructions. Spread the guacamole over the tortillas, top with the salmon and spinach, fold in and roll up.
  • Tipp:

    Guacamole und Lachs mit Zitronensaft beträufeln.
