  • Fish
  • 600 g skinned salmon fillets, cut into 3-cm pieces
  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • oil to fry
  • 2 tbsp. white flour
  • Vegetables
  • 2 cucumber halbiert, entkernt, in ca. 2 cm grossen Würfel
  • 30 g butter
  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp. chives, finely chopped

  • Fish

    Season the salmon and turn in the flour. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Reduce the heat, fry the salmon in batches for approx. 2 mins. on each side, remove from the pan, keep warm.
  • Vegetables

    Heat the butter in the same pan. Sauté the cucumbers for approx. 5 mins. Mix in the tomatoes, season, serve together with the fish. Scatter over the chives.
