  • Salmon
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 piece aluminium foil
  • 2 shallot, cut into wedges
  • 4 sprigs dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 600 g salmon fillets (organic)
  • a little pepper
  • 1 organic lemon, cut into slices
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salmon

    Cover with the shallots and dill. Season the salmon fillet on both sides, place on top of the shallots. Place the edges of the foil on top of each other and fold several times. Fold over the ends of the foil several times also.
  • Grill the peaches

    Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Cover and grill the salmon over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 12 mins.
