  • Curried salt
  • 1 tbsp mild curry powder
  • 40 g Banana chips
  • 3 tsp chilli flakes
  • 100 g salt
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Fragrant Fleur de Sel
  • 1 tsp Tasmanian mountain pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 3 tsp dried flowers
  • 100 g sea salt
  • Wintry salt mix
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 100 g sea salt
  • 1 tsp bourbon vanilla powder

  • For 6 preserving jar of approx. 100 ml capacity

Instructions

  • Curried salt

    In a food processor, finely grind the banana chips and all the ingredients up to and including sesame seeds. Mix in the salt, pour into a preserving jar, seal.
  • Fragrant Fleur de Sel

    Using a pestle and mortar, finely crush the pepper and rosemary. Stir in the edible flowers and Fleur de Sel, pour into a preserving jar, seal.
  • Wintry salt mix

    In a food processor, roughly grind the tomatoes and all the other ingredients, pour into a preserving jar, seal.
