  • Porridge
  • 8 dl oat drink
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • Toppings
  • 4 fresh eggs
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 0.75 dl olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 bunch basil, roughly chopped
  • 100 g feta, crumbled

  • Porridge

    Bring the oat milk and oat flakes to the boil in pan, simmer over a low heat for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally, season.
  • Toppings

    Soft-boil the eggs in water for approx. 5 mins., peel and cut in half. Puree the basil with the oil and water, season with salt. Serve the porridge in bowls, garnish with the eggs, herb oil and feta.
  • Tip:

    Other suitable toppings include fried mushrooms, roasted vegetables, mixed nuts, fried tofu, other types of cheese, kimchi or spices such as dukkah.
