Ingredients

  • 80 g diced bacon
  • 500 g cooked sauerkraut
  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  • Without adding any oil, stir fry the diced bacon in a wide frying pan for approx. 2 mins. Add the dumplings and stir fry for a further 5 mins. Add the sauerkraut, cook for another 5 mins., season.
  • Serve with:

    Apple sauce
