Ingredients

  • To grill
  • 300 g new potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 pieces aluminium foil
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 4 cervelat sausages
  • Dressing
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 90 g plain yoghurt
  • 0.5 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • a little pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • Sausage and cheese salad
  • 200 g semi-hard cheese (e.g. Lucerne creamy cheese), cut into approx. 2 cm cubes
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, quartered, deseeded, cut into approx. 1 cm pieces
  • 100 g head lettuce with hearts, leaves removed

Instructions

  • To grill

    Mix the new potatoes with the oil and salt, wrap in foil. Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the potatoes over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 10 mins. Place the sausages on the grill and cook for a further 5 mins. Cut the sausages in half lengthwise and then diagonally into approx. 5 mm slices.
  • Dressing

    Combine the balsamic, oil and yoghurt. Add the chives, mix and season.
  • Sausage and cheese salad

    Mix the potatoes, sausages, cheese, cucumber and lettuce with the dressing.
