Ingredients

  • Brochettes
  • 1 Bund small radishes
  • 1 green pepper, in ca. 2 cm grossen Stücken
  • 180 g grillierte Zwiebeln in Essig, abgetropft
  • 1 zucchini, in ca. 2 cm grossen Stücken
  • 2 Zweiglein sage, Blätter abgezupft
  • 1 EL olive oil
  • 1 TL salt
  • 4 raw pork bratwurst, in ca. 3 cm grossen Stücken
  • 12 weiche Dörrzwetschgen ohne Stein, halbiert
  • 12 wooden skewers, ca. 30 Min. in Wasser eingelegt
  • Dipping sauce
  • 2 EL coarse-grain mustard
  • 3 EL crème fraîche
  • 0.5 EL honey
  • 0.25 TL smoked paprika
  • 0.25 TL salt

Instructions

  • Brochettes

    Combine the vegetables with the sage leaves, the oil and the salt in a bowl. Skewer the pieces of sausage, the prunes and the vegetables on the skewers, alternating the different elements.
  • Barbecuing

    On a gas, electric or charcoal barbecue, grill the brochettes at medium temperature (about 200 °C) for about 15 minutes, rotating them occasionally.
  • Dipping sauce

    Combine the mustard with the list of ingredients up to and including the salt. Serve with the brochettes.
