Ingredients

  • Sausage Balls
  • 0.5 tbsp. oil to fry
  • 1 pack farmer’s bratwurst
  • Vegetables
  • 4 baby potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 250 g mixed vegetables
  • 100 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 0.5 dl Water
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  • Sausage Balls

    Squeeze 8 portions of sausage out of the skin and shape into balls. Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir fry the sausage meatballs for approx. 7 mins., then remove.
  • Vegetables

    Reduce the heat, add the potatoes to the same pan, and cover and fry for approx. 5 mins. Add the vegetables and water, cover and simmer for approx. 5 mins., then season. Add the sausage meatballs again, stir fry for approx. 3 mins. and drizzle over the crème fraîche.
