  • 4 raw pork bratwurst (je ca. 150 g)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 Organic lemon, a little grated zest and 1/2 tbsp of juice
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes ( ca. 400 g)
  • 0.75 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • 500 g noodles (z.B. Penne)
  • saltwater, siedend


  • Press the sausage mixture out of the skin, finely chop the parsley, finely grate the lemon zest and mix everything well with your hands. Fry the sausage mixture in batches in a frying pan, in hot oil, for approx. 3 mins., remove.
  • Finely chop the onions and garlic, dice the tomatoes and sauté everything in the same pan for approx. 4 mins. Add the tomatoes and sausage mixture, season and simmer, covered, for approx. 10 mins.
  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and mix with the sauce.
