Seafood Paella

  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 red pepper
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 bag risotto rice e.g. Gallo Risotto Pronto (175 g)
  • 200 g frozen mixed seafood
  • 60 g black olives
  • 4.5 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Finely chop the onions and garlic, slice the peppers. Heat the oil in a paella pan or a large frying pan, sauté the onion, garlic and peppers for approx. 2 mins. Add the rice and sauté, stirring, until translucent. Pour in the stock. Cover and simmer gently for approx. 2 mins. Add the seafood cocktail and continue to simmer for approx. 8 mins. Add the peas, finish cooking for 2 mins., season. Add the olives, heat gently.
