  • Chili Oil
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 1 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 organic lemons, use grated zest only
  • 1 red pepper, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary, finely chopped
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • 200 g red lentils
  • Water, boiling
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp. salt

  • Chili Oil

    Mix the oil and remaining ingredients with a little salt, set aside.
  • Boil the lentils in water for approx. 5 mins., drain. Heat the oil in the same pan, sauté the onions, add the lentils and continue to sauté for approx. 3 mins., add the vinegar, salt to taste and divide onto plates.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, salt the shrimps and fry in batches for approx. 3 mins. Arrange the shrimps on top of the lentils, drizzle with chilli oil.
