Sirloin Steak Skewers with Tzatziki

  • 150 g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 0.5 cucumber, coarsely grated
  • 0.75 tsp. salt
  • 2 clove of garlic, pressed
  • a little pepper
  • 500 g rump of beef, cut into 2-cm cubes
  • 8 wooden skewer


  • Mix together the yoghurt and the remaining ingredients with a little garlic and season.
  • Place the meat on the skewers. Combine the oil with the pepper and coat the meat with the mixture.
  • Cook the skewers on a griddle for approx. 4 mins., turning frequently, and add salt to taste. Serve the skewers with the tzatziki.
