  • 125 g cream cheese (e.g. organic cream cheese)
  • 2 tbsp horseradish mousse
  • 4 slices pumpernickel (e.g. Naturaplan pumpernickel), cut in half crosswise
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lemons, use only the juice
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Combine the cream cheese and horseradish mousse, spread on the pumpernickel slices. Top with the avocado, drizzle with lemon juice. Serve the smoked salmon on top of the avocado, garnish with parsley.
